My Frosty Flake

..............is done!! She was naughty and posted it late last night her time,  moring here I had to think about it all day t work, knowing I wouldn't be able to do it till late this evening.  Got home and still had to pick roma tomatoes, about 3/4 bushel.  I slipped the skins and froze them tonight in 8 cup batches.  I had excellent help... 3 yr old GD#2 peeled the cooled tomatoes.  She did a gallon all by herself.  So, about 8:00 I finally sat down, grabbed my file folder templates and fussy cut the red fabric I had pulled out of a red pile............check out the fabric.  I fussy cut the first too but wasn't as precise as I was tonight  The pattern on the fabric was more intricate tonight ..........can't wait to do another set out of this fabric becaise there's about 2 different elements to fussy cut around and by tuning could produce many different patterns.
her are all 3..............

are they going to be yours???????????? check out my previous post for a chance to win them!!!

  1. Hi Cyndi,
I'm doing my Frosty Flakes all in red too...wonder what everyone else is doing with theirs?

  2. Those are all fabulous, Cyndi. I especially love the one on the upper right!

Hey, do you dream about tomatoes? LOL!!! Bet you'll be happy when the season ends!

  3. Those blocks are beautiful.
    I'm jealous over your tomatoes.
I used to live near Las Vegas and had tons of tomatoes each year. Now its too cold where I live.
Good for you creating lasting memories with that little one of yours!

  4. Absolutely stunning! I "fell" over your blog (not sure how I found it but glad I did!) and your work is beautiful! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for leaving me a message. I always read them and hopefully answer as many as possible. Cyndi
